Virtual Customer Appointments
If you would like to virtuyally meet with staff online, we can accomodate customers via Google Meets or Zoom. To take advantage of this option, customers will need a computer or smartphone with internet access and has both video & audio capabilities. Please call us at 978-825-7200 to schedule a virtual appointment.
In-person Appointments
If you are looking to meet with a staff person for a face-to-face appointment, we can accommodate customers in either our Salem office or our Lynn office. Please call us at 978-825-7200 to make an in-person appointment.
Training Opportunities
If you are interested in training (whether it is re-careering and/or a skills upgrade) call us at 978-825-7200 and we can discuss possible training options for you. There are eligibility requirements involved to be enrolled in a training program.

Unemployment Assistance
Please use the link beow to file or access your unemployment claim. The Department of Unemployment (DUA) Customer Service telephone number is 617-626-6800. They operate Mon-Fri from 8:30AM – 4:30 PM.
Please note, that our Career Centers partners with DUA but cannot access your claim information. All questions regarding your claim should be directed to the Dept of Unemployment Customer Service telephone number The Re-Employment Center is located in downtown Boston at 2 Avenue de Lafayette.
