Current Available Services
Schedule and attend any of our many online virtual workshops to get you prepared to interview for your next great job! You can research and sign up for our workshops by accessing our Events calendar.
Virtual Customer Appointments
If you would like to meet with staff via video chat, we can do that too. Our staff can schedule a one-on-one appointment with you via Google Meets or Zoom. To take advantage of this option, customers will need a computer or smartphone with video/audio.
In-person Appointments at Salem Office
If you are looking to meet with a staff person for a face-to-face appointment, we can accommodate date appointment-based services in our Salem office (70 Washington Street).
If you are interested in training (whether it is re-careering and/or a skills upgrade) call us and we can discuss possible training options for you. There are eligibility requirements involved to be enrolled in a training program.

The Department of Unemployment Assistance is moving swiftly during this Coronavirus outbreak to implement three new public benefit programs that will expand unemployment eligibility; temporarily increase weekly benefits for all claimants; and allow additional categories of people to claim unemployment benefits.

Mass Internet Connect (MIC) is a Partnership comprised of Massachusetts Technology Collaborative (MTC), MassHire Department of Career Services (MDCS) and the MassHire Career Center System working together to ensure job seekers are provided information and opportunities to the necessary technology devices and internet access for “getting people back to work”.
