North Shore Career Fairs Coming To Marblehead, Salem

Marblehead will host a career services fair on July 27 and Salem will host a North Shore municipal job fair from July 18 through July 22.

MARBLEHEAD, MA — The MASSHIRE North Shore Career Center will hold a career services fair for teens and adults at Marblehead’s Abbot Public Libary and a weeklong municipal hiring event for cities and towns across the North Shore from July 18 through July 22.

The Marblehead event is open to anyone 16 years old or older and will run from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on July 27. This is a drop-in event so no pre-registration is necessary.

Career Center representatives will be there to discuss services offered, including career coaching advice, job search assistance, Youth Career Center training, summer jobs, veterans services, and business engagements.

The Career Center can assist with any necessary training opportunities, job market research, and referrals to state resources.

The municipal hiring event will be held at the North Shore Career Center on Washington Street in Salem from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. each day.

Cities and towns participating in the community and veterans hiring event include Beverly, Lynn, Middleton, Salem and Swampscott.
